Wedding Planning
Getting married is one of the greatest adventures a couple can embark on and I am always honored to be a part of their Big Day! I’m a romantic and absolutely love what I do which is why I have been a Wedding Planner for over fifteen years! I’m well-acquainted with venues in every price range, in and around Nashville, and can also curate amazing Boutique Weddings in Italy – you can’t get more romantic than that!
Planning a wedding is more than building a relationship with my couples; it’s supporting them through every step of the planning process while having fun along the way! I always work to keep my couples on budget while executing the wedding of their dreams and my Vendor Recommendation list is curated to offer connections to the best professionals in the business. We offer clients a totally customized experience where they can mix and match services.
Whether I’m bustling a wedding dress, giving a pep talk to a shy flower girl or keeping a few rowdy groomsmen in line, I do everything with joy and a great sense of humor.
Personalized Service
Choosing a Wedding Planner is a very personal decision and my outgoing-yet-calming personality makes me the ideal person to guide you through the planning process. I’m available to answer any questions throughout the planning process and am a stickler when it comes to communicating with your vendors (Photographer, Videographer, Musicians or DJ, Florist, Caterer) during the planning process and throughout your Wedding Day.
My assistant and I will set-up your décor at the Ceremony and Reception sites and transfer those décor pieces when necessary. We’ll cue the music and send everyone down the aisle at the Ceremony and personally orchestrate all the highlights of the Reception from your Entrance to your First Dance, Parent Dances, Cake Cutting, Toasts, Bouquet and Garter Tosses, to your Sendoff.
You can be sure your Get Away Car will be waiting for you with your personal possessions tucked inside. And we’ll be sure to pack up some Wedding Cake (which you might not have had time to enjoy!) for you and your new husband or wife to enjoy later in the night.
At the end of the evening, everything from décor items such as candles and signs to your guest book, knife and cake server, toasting flutes and cake topper, will be packed away and ready for load-out. We’ll be the last to leave the venue once we’re sure that all of your possessions have been moved out and loaded into your friends or families vehicles and check to make sure nothing has been left behind.
